With another anniversary coming up, it makes a question materialise into your mind: will there be a special? "Not likely!" head writer Steven Moffat says, but is he lying? Doctor Who returned March 14th 2005, after a failed attempt of a series with the 8th Doctor, with Christopher Eccleston as the hero. If there is going to be a special, will he be in it? If there is going to be a special, they would have to feature monsters from the new series' instead of the old like the Slitheen, sycorax, krillitanes, weeping angels or silence. These are just my thoughts but what do you think? Which Doctors should return? Which companions? Which monsters? |

Filming has begun in Cardiff for series 9 of Doctor Who and huge guest cast. The new series will be back on BBC One in Autumn 2015. The episodes currently being filmed are written by Toby Whithouse (The Game, Being Human), produced by Derek Ritchie and directed by Daniel O’Hara (Silent Witness 2015, The Game, Being Human). Steven Moffat, lead writer and Executive Producer, said, “An amazing guest cast for a brilliantly creepy two-parter by Toby Whithouse. Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman are back in Cardiff, back in the box, and back in action - for one of our scariest adventures yet!” I can't wait to see what's installed for The Doctor and Clara this series! |
